Worcester Area Benefit: Jesse's Jammin' Homecoming on 2/21/09
Please review and pass along to other riders on your list, especially those in the greater Blackstone Valley / Worcester areas, to help this family out.
Date: Feb. 1, 2009
Please join with all three Massachusetts Motorcyclists Survivors' Funds, for a "Jesse's Jammin' Homecoming Benefit" party on Saturday night, February 21, 2009, 6-11 p.m., at the Point Breeze Restaurant, www.pointbreezeonwebsterlake.com,
114 Point Breeze Road, Webster, MA, and Jesse's family and friends, for a spaghetti dinner, raffles, and live music by "She Busy" and friends.
Suggested donation, $10 a person.
Funds raised will go to offset the medical expenses and associated costs for Jesse Melendez, who was severly injured in a motorcycle
accident last year on August 2, where it appears he collided avoiding an unknown driver blowing through a stop sign.
Jesse lived in Dudley, graduated from Shepherd Hill in 2005, when to ATS Heavy Equipment Operating School, and in November 2007,
enlisted in the Navy and was employed at the Worcester House of Correction.
Jesse is now at the Braintree Rehabilitation Hospital, recovering from traumatic brain injuries.
