Upcoming Events from September 17 and beyond

Thursday - Sunday, September 17-20, The Vietnam Veteran's "Moving Wall" will be on display at the Millennium Park in W. Roxbury these next four days. Official ceremonies are at 5:00 p.m. each night.

On Friday night, at 5:00, a POW/MIA Remembrance @ the Wall motorcycle ride will stage at the VA Hospital, 1400 VFW Parkway, W. Roxbury and ride to the Wall at 5:15

Volunteers are needed to help with parking, traffic and security - from 4 to 8 each day.

Tuesday, September 29, State House, Boston, 1 p.m., Public Hearing on House, No. 1405, a "Victim's Right of Way" bill. House, No. 1405 (see text - http://www.mass.gov/legis/bills/house/186/ht01/ht01405.htm - ) seeks to shift the financial burden back to those causing the accident and resulting excessive damages.
