September 29th - Tuesday, Mass State House - Public Hearing - 1:00 p.m.
House Bill No. 1405 - a bill seeking to increase civil penalties and shift excess financial burdens of victims of 'right of way' accidents back to those 'at-fault,' so victims of these accidents aren't 'victimized' twice.
We need accident victims and families to tell their stories to legislators.
Please write claimscote@aol.com, to plan and schedule your testimony.

Thanks - PC
